Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Refunds are not offered unless there is an error on our side.

If an item is not in stock, please allow 5–7 days for processing and shipping. All orders are shipped with signature confirmation.

Exchanges are only possible under the following conditions:

• You contact us within 3 business days of delivery
• The item is in its original condition (unaltered and unused)
• The item is returned in its original packaging
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

Exchanges are processed for the same purchase value and are subject to approval.

Important Notice

RW Haircollection is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after shipment. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt to help prevent theft

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the order total and may be charged upon delivery.
